MyQ COMMUNITY GATE ACCESS
How to install the app: You will receive an email directly from the gate vendor (MyQ Business) with instructions on how to use the video call feature. The email will include instructions on how to set up the app and your profile. If you do not wish to use the video calling feature, no action is required from that email. You may continue to have visitors call you directly to your phone and press 9 to open the gate.

Upon receiving the key fobs, there is a white label located on the back. Please send an email to the BOD with the digits written on the white label (not the serial number) in order to program your fob into the new gate. Board eMail Address: eaglelakescommunityhoa@gmail.com
CREATING A GUEST PASS
You can create a guest pass for your realtor and potential buyers for gate access. Please see this video for instructions.
To increase security, each resident will now be responsible for providing access to any non-resident at all times. Your visitors and vendors will call you from the call box by looking up your name. You will answer the phone and hit 9 to open the gate (same as before).

Gate Access FAQs
Q: My fob isn’t working A: Please use the call box to dial yourself and open the gate by pressing 9. Then send an email to the BOD with your fob number so that it can be programmed (eaglelakescommunityhoa@gmail.com)
Q: What if I don’t want to bring my fob with me on a walk? A: Please use the pedestrian gate. Pedestrians should refrain from walking up to the callbox or walking through the main gates, this is for vehicles.
Q: How will my vendor or visitor get into the community since we aren’t using instant open pins? A: They will look you up in the call box by name. Answer your phone and PRESS 9 (same as before) to open the gate.
Q: Will I receive a new directory number? A: Yes, all households will receive a new directory number which vendors and visitors can use from the call box if they prefer not to search for you by name. Your new directory number will be displayed next to your name.
Q: Will my old fobs work with the new system? A: As long as you provide the fob number to the BOD, that fob will be programmed to the new gate system.
Q: Can I use an instant open pin?A: No, instant open pins will not be used with the new gate system. Q: How do I operate the new call box? A: Watch the video above for an overview.
